In accordance with the Mayor of the District of Columbia’s order 097, the NSLA 2021 Annual Conference will require that all participants wear masks indoors unless actively eating or drinking. Additionally all attendees are required to follow these safety guidelines:
NSLA reserves the right to ask any attendee identified as not complying with COVID safety protocols to leave the conference without refund.
Prior to our arrival, The Mayflower Hotel will conduct a deep cleaning of the meeting facilities of which we are occupying over 90% of the in house meeting space. NSLA is seriously thinking about you and overall wellness while we deliver a stellar educational experience.
Refunds Before October 7, 2021
If the NSLA conference is cancelled due to COVID-related causes or if a guest cancels due to COVID concerns, registered guests will have several options:
Refunds On and After October 7, 2021
Beginning October 7, 2021 unless NSLA has cancelled the conference for COVID-related reasons, attendees will forfeit their entire NSLA conference fees paid to date.
