All freight handling, booth set up, and booth items such as electricity, will be coordinated between our events management firm and the Mayflower Hotel directly. Additional details, pertinent reminders, as well as any COVID-19 related protocols will be distributed in the Decorator Service Kit and sent via email to the point of contact by September 25, 2020.
Conference hotel accommodations can be found on our website. PLEASE NOTE direct booking links from the NSLA Conference website are the only way to secure confirmed NSLA Conference rooms and rates. Be sure to book your accommodations early, hotel space at our conference hotel is limited and sells out fast. By registering for the NSLA’s 2020 Summer Changes Everything™ national conference, please be aware that NSLA intends to photograph, audio record, and/or visually record some of our sessions and other activities. NSLA may make use of such photographs and recording for purposes including but not limited to, creating, distributing, and transmitting copies of them, and/or promotional or advertising uses, without restriction of media. If you do not wish to be photographed, audio recorded, and/or audio visually recorded, please feel free to excuse yourself from any potential photographs and recordings during the NSLA Conference.
All registrants under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian to sign the registration form on his/her behalf before the registration form can be processed. Also, by registering for Summer Changes Everything™, you release NSLA, sponsors, and service providers from any and all liabilities incurred before, during, and after your participation at the convention.
