Celebrating Leadership, Storytelling, and Inclusive Summer ExperiencesWe are excited to welcome Kirsten Baesler, Assistant Secretary in the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education at the U.S. Department of Education, to the Summer Solutions Leadership Forum. We will honor author Pablo Cartaya and illustrator Díaz Rivas with the 2025 National Summer Book Award for their new book, Curveball. In addition, we are proud to recognize Zac Brown’s Camp Southern Ground, an inclusive camp serving children ages 7–17 from all socioeconomic backgrounds, races, religions, and developmental differences. Camp Southern Ground creates a welcoming space where every child can learn and enjoy summer camp together. |
