Weather Disturbances

We’re aware of the weather disturbances across the nation and trust that participants will prioritize their safety in making travel decisions.

Registration: If you are unable to attend, please email: [email protected] and note CANCELLATION in the subject line.  

Refunds: We are unable to process refunds for participants as we are already committed to all meals and activities with the hotel. 

Lodging: Contact the Grand Hotel directly to cancel hotel reservations, +1-251-928-9201. There is a cancellation fee of one room night for cancellations five (5) days prior to arrival.

Travel: If NSLA is sponsoring your travel, contact the PERK platform for flight changes and cancellations. All flight changes, cancellations, rebookings, and delay-related assistance must be handled directly through Perk or the airline. NSLA is unable to assist with any travel changes, disruptions, or airline coordination. More information.

Shuttle Schedule: If your flight is delayed and/or falls outside of the shuttle window, you can use this carpool sheet to coordinate Ubers with others from the airport to the hotel and back. Please note that NSLA is not covering the cost of the rideshare nor coordinating carpooling. You are responsible for contacting each other and arranging carpooling.
 
What does the registration fee include?
Your ticket includes registration, all meals, two evening receptions, immersive experiences and activations, and roundtrip transportation from Mobile or Pensacola airport (via coordinated group shuttles). Attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel and flights.
 
Meals Included:
  • Wednesday, January 28: Breakfast, Lunch, Closing Reception (light bites)
 
Airport Information 
Plan to arrive to one of these airports: 
  • Mobile Regional Airport (MOB): You can expect a 50 to 55-minute drive to the hotel
  • Pensacola International Airport (PNS): You can expect a 60 to 75-minute drive to the hotel
 
Ground Transportation Information 
NSLA will coordinate group shuttle service between the Mobile and Pensacola airports and the Grand Hotel. Shuttles will run on a fixed schedule to accommodate peak arrival and departure times on January 26 and January 29.
