Professional Summer Learning Communities
Join a Professional Learning Community
NSLA has long invested in Program Quality and Partnerships through webinars, national conferences, professional development, and tools. Leveraging our expertise, we have expanded our efforts to empower and equip more programs at all stages of development and create deeper partnerships through the creation of Professional Learning Communities (PLC).
These free of charge PLCs are planned, led, and facilitated by NSLA program staff and a skilled NSLA expert Field Consultant. Each PLC regularly convenes and trains youth development staff across the U.S., and hold quarterly training meetings on key topics affecting youth. NSLA’s aim is to cast a wider safety net and reach more children in need across the country by empowering program providers.
